Is it difficult to keep up with all the tasks that seem to have the same deadline? Do you have several people who are struggling and need support, preferably yesterday? Is your email inbox determining your everyday life and eating up your time? We've got strategies for how you can handle all of that—and then some.
We provide new approaches, alternative strategies of action, and tangible tools to help you achieve your most important tasks.
Finish on Time has been running workshops for academic staff for 15 years and for TA staff since 2020. Those who have attended our TA workshops have worked at all levels within the higher education organization and in various administrative roles. The participants have, for example, worked with finance, HR, IT, study administration, study guidance, or been project managers, communicators, or grant managers.

We have more than 15 years of experience conducting these workshops and care very much about our participants and partners. We consistently receive very good evaluations. Finish On Time has multi-year collaborations with the country's major universities, colleges, and trade unions.

Svårt att hinna med alla uppgifter som alla verkar ha samma deadline? Har du flera personer som kämpar och behöver stöd, gärna igår? Är det din e-postkorg som avgör din vardag och äter upp din tid? Vi har strategier för hur du kan hantera allt det där – och lite till.
Vi tillhandahåller nya tillvägagångssätt, alternativa handlingsstrategier och konkreta verktyg för att hjälpa dig att uppnå dina viktigaste uppgifter. Du får med dig en verktygslåda av tankemodeller och arbetssätt för att agera än mer klokt, ändamålsenligt, och hållbart. Deltagarna delar även med sig av utmaningar och goda exempel. På så sätt kan goda exempel spridas mellan olika lärosäten och inom olika avdelningar på samma lärosäte.
Vi arbetar med en mindre grupp om max 16 deltagare och vi är två certifierade utbildare under hela dagen. Vi varvar teori med praktiska övningar. Tankemodeller och verktyg som vi kommer att utforska utifrån deltagarnas arbetsvardag är:

Skillnaden mellan effektivitet och ändamålsenlighet. Det förra handlar om att göra saker på rätt sätt oavsett om de är viktiga eller inte medan det senare handlar om att göra rätt saker det vill säga de saker som för dig närmare dina mål.

Slutproduktfokus eller konsten att arbeta baklänges genom en konkret prototyp av slutprodukten såsom en årsredovisning, ny hemsida, eller ett kursschema.

Konkreta sätt att prioritera för att göra göra färre men viktigare saker snarare än många eller alla saker.
